【Responsibilities】  

1. Responsible for the overall planning, design, development, and testing of aviation software development projects. 

2. Develop technical solutions according to project requirements, ensuring effective resolution of technical challenges. 

3. Lead and guide the development team, supervise project progress, and ensure project completion as scheduled. 

4. Responsible for tackling software technical challenges and enhancing team’s technical capabilities. 

5. Participate in the companys information construction, promote the deep integration of aviation business and information technology. 

6. Responsible for the training and talent development of the software development team. 

【Qualifications】 

1. Masters degree or above, major in computer science and technology, software engineering or related field. 

2. 5 years or more of software development experience, with extensive project management and technical guidance experience. 

3. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, with a solid programming foundation. 

4. Familiar with software development processes, project management, team collaboration, and code review. 

5. Good communication and coordination skills, ability to analyze and solve problems. 

6. Experience in the aviation industry is preferred.
