Job  Requirements:

1.  Masters  degree  or  above  in  mechanical  engineering,  military  engineering,  or  related  majors;

2.  More  than  8  years  of  experience  in  the  design  of  land  warfare  special  equipment,  with  successful  completion  of  relevant  special  equipment  projects;

3.  Familiar  with  the  design  and  manufacturing  process  of  special  equipment,  understanding  relevant  domestic  and  international  military  standards;

4.  Rich  communication  and  leadership  experience  in  leading  a  team;

5.  Proficient  in  design  software  such  as  CAD,  UG,  etc.;

6.  Good  English  listening,  speaking,  reading,  and  writing  abilities,  capable  of  reading  and  communicating  in  English  technical  literature.

Benefits:
