    Our  company  is  a  professional  enterprise  engaged  in  the  research  and  development  of  aerospace  products.  In  order  to  improve  the  helicopter  design  and  technical  level,  we  are  now  recruiting  a  helicopter  design  chief  engineer  nationwide.

    Position  requirements:

    1.  Masters  degree  or  above  in  Aerospace  Engineering,  Mechanical  Engineering,  or  related  fields;

    2.  Minimum  of  8  years  of  experience  in  helicopter  design,  with  experience  in  successfully  completing  large-scale  helicopter  projects;

    3.  Familiar  with  the  design  and  manufacturing  process  of  aircraft,  and  understand  relevant  domestic  and  international  airworthiness  standards;

    4.  Possess  rich  communication  and  coordination  abilities  and  leadership  experience;

    5.  Proficient  in  design  software  such  as  CATIA  and  SolidWorks;

    6.  Good  English  listening,  speaking,  reading,  and  writing  skills,  capable  of  reading  and  communicating  technical  literature  in  English.

    Job Description:

    Job:

    As the HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the companys HR plans and strategies to support long-term business goals. You will lead the HR team, ensure HR policies align with operational needs, and provide comprehensive HR services including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.

    Responsibilities:

    - Develop and execute company HR strategies and plans to support business goals and operational needs.

    - Ensure HR policies align with operations, develop and update HR systems, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance. - Lead and manage the HR team, including sub-teams for recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations, providing comprehensive HR services.

    - Responsible for recruitment, collaborate with departments to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes, attracting high-quality talent.

    - Design and execute employee training and development programs, provide ongoing training and coaching opportunities, assisting employees in improving skills and career development.

    - Manage the performance evaluation system, ensuring effective implementation of performance management and incentive mechanisms.

     - Responsible for the design and management of compensation and benefits systems, ensuring fair, competitive, and reasonable reward systems.

    - Manage labor relations, maintain good communication and relationships with employees, handle employee complaints and disputes, ensuring harmonious and stable labor relations.

    - Monitor and evaluate HR performance, provide data reports and analysis related to HR management.

    Requirements:

     - Masters degree or above, preferably in HR management, social psychology, or related fields.

     - At least 3 years of HR management experience, with some management and team leadership capabilities.

     - In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations, and professional knowledge and experience in HR management.

     - Familiarity and proficiency in various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and labor relations.

    - Excellent communication, coordination, teamwork, and leadership skills.

     - Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and urgent situations.

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, skilled in data analysis and report writing.

    - Proficient in English language skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

    - Positive work attitude, good professional ethics, and a spirit of teamwork.
